What’s Included In The Price

Windows & Doors: OKO120, OKO200 & OKO312 prices include sliding door and fixed window. OKO60 includes single glazed door and fixed window. Further options are available for all.
Modular Pod Pack: We built your Pod in our factory minimizing disruption to your home.
High Quality Materials: Each Pod is created from premium materials selected for their appearance and long-lasting durability.
Insulation: All Pods are built for year round use and are fully insulated.
Electric & Lighting Fittings: Complete electrical installation including internet and high-quality lighting.

What’s NOT Included In The Price

Please not all our Pods are customizable, so speak to our design team about adding upgrades.

Installation: We work with a network of trusted General Contractors across the country. In areas where we don’t yet have a local partner, we’ll support you in sourcing a suitable contractor and work alongside you to ensure the right team is in place for your project.
Delivery: Once you’re in touch with our team, we’ll provide an estimated delivery cost. Please note that pricing can vary significantly depending on the project location.
Heating: Pods do not include a mini-split system or built-in heater as standard.
Electric Hook Up: Your pod will be completed on site by the installation team, with all internal and external electrical fittings fully installed and prepared for final connection. A licensed local electrician will then complete the mains connection and manage any required permits, inspections, and approvals.
Foundations & Groundworks: Every yard is different. Our team will provide a custom quote for the required groundwork and foundation.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is not included in the listed price.
