Design Your Pod
Choose your Pod size, layout, materials, finishes, windows and doors. Our team will work with you through the design process to create a Pod that suits your space, style and budget.

Finalize Your Design
Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll prepare the final drawings and specifications for your approval. We’ll also confirm the project costs, installation requirements and delivery details.

We Build Your Pod
Your Pod is manufactured in our factory as precision-made prefabricated panels. Building off-site allows us to maintain quality and consistency while keeping the on-site installation process fast and efficient.

Your Local GC Prepares the Site
Your local GC will prepare the site and install the Easy Pad foundation system before your Pod arrives. Our Easy Pads require no concrete and are designed to provide a straightforward foundation solution.

Your Local GC Installs the Pod
Once delivered, your local GC assembles and installs the Pod on site using our modular construction system. We provide the necessary construction information and, once your deposit is paid, installation videos to support your GC throughout the process.

Electrical Connection & Enjoy
A locally qualified electrician will handle the mains power and data connections, while your GC completes the final installation. Then your OKOPOD is ready to use.
