Electrics & Lighting

All internal and external electrics are fitted by our certified electricians. All sockets, switches, spotlights, data points, fuse boards are included as standard.

High Quality Siding

We offer a range of sustainable woods including favorites cedar, kebony, grandis and Sugi Shou Ban (burnt wood) — modified by natural, chemical free processes, also Thermowood siding. Softwood is much more sustainable than hardwood as the trees grow much faster, and once modified it outlives hard woods. Also the option of zinc siding, or entirely custom if you are feeling creative.

Okobase Foundations

Our innovative Okobase raft system requires minimal digging and eliminates the need for concrete in our Pod’s foundations, making it the most sustainable way to construct our Pods.

Windows & Doors

Choosing aluminum means selecting a material which is both durable and incredibly easy to endlessly recycle. Low-carbon aluminum has a far lower carbon footprint and is produced using green energy — plus there is no need to treat regularly and it does not move in different environments.

Flooring

Choose from our range of natural flooring materials, we have sourced for high durability and low maintenance, such as Cork, Vinyl, Laminate etc.

Internal Walls

Birch plywood is the primary finish for most of our projects, chosen for its ability to infuse spaces with warmth and character. Not only is it cost-effective, but its durability and low maintenance requirements also make it an environmentally friendly option.

Locks & Catches

Each door and window is equipped with high-security, industry-standard locks that comply with insurance requirements.

Eco Friendly Materials

We use materials produced with renewable energy sources and design our products for easy repurposing or recycling.

Highly Insulated

Our buildings offer exceptional thermal insulation for energy efficiency and comfort. We select materials that help regulate temperature, minimising heat loss in winter and keeping interiors cool in summer.

Eco Air-Conditioning Unit

We partner with ‘Midea’ who supply walled mounted highly efficient (SEER A++) units which operate at an affordable price. They also have a unique ‘Follow Me’ Sensitive Cooling function which measures the air temperature around you to deliver a perfectly adjusted comfort level.

Roofing

We use a single ply membrane which is a flexible and lightweight roofing system with a proven track record. The single ply membrane is a synthetic PVC system which delivers excellent thermal performance and an airtight construction, thereby reducing a building’s carbon footprint whilst ensuring high quality waterproofing protection. It is recyclable and offers exceptional long life cycle performance, reducing the impacts associated with environmental landfill and whole life cost expenditure. It also offers high resistance against UV irradiance and all common environmental influences. An optional sedum roof increases the lifespan further, reduces heat loss and absorbs co2 aiding the air quality.

High Quality Waterproofing

Our structures feature premium waterproofing systems for long-lasting protection.

Low Maintenance

We use materials which require little to no maintenance. Wood Siding will naturally silver to a beautiful colour, lasting for at least 35-80 years dependent on material. Our doors and windows are made from aluminum and our roof substrate is EPDM rubber, none which require maintenance.

Roof Light

Add a Roof Light to your design to flood your space with daylight, creating a bright and welcoming environment. By harnessing natural light from above, roof lights not only reduce the need for artificial lighting but also contribute to a healthier and more pleasant atmosphere. (Roof Lights are added in addition to the Standard Contract)
