It completely depends on the usage of the pod, if the client can specify what they will use it for and what high power items they will use in the pod then we can let the electrician know to ensure they get enough power to the pod.

As with the groundworks and permitting, we reach out to local contractors often within our network and have them provide quotes.

OKOPODs are priced from our standard pricing templates, the prefabricated Pod is priced ready for installation. Your quote will include the cost of the prefabricated pod, along with cost estimates for delivery, installation, groundworks, and electrical connection.

All Pods are installed using the prefabricated panels and OKOPOD works with a local GC partner to complete the project.  If the client has a competent team of contractors this could be an option and we can send 1 person over to show them how to put it together. We will provide all materials and they will provide all labor.

We can assist with the permitting and have a network of architects and engineers, we choose the right person for the specific job, If you have used an architect in the past and were happy with their services or know one we would love to chat to them and check if they are suited to the project.

We can help to arrange your groundworks by using our network of contractors, we will reach out and arrange for contractors to come and provide a quotation, equally if you have your own contractors you have used before we can share the drawings with them to quote and discuss with them the requirements.

Yes, bathrooms can be installed, we can design and prepare the Pod ready for a pumping and bathroom fitter to complete the works.

Yes, we build home additions. We have a fully building compliant system that we use for this, which incorporates our eco builds with our factory efficiency to give you a super modern and new age extension in a fraction of the time to conventional building.

All our builds are insulated as standard which includes floor, walls and roofs. As standard we insulate our garden rooms with rockwool to all panels, we use these insulation for their eco credentials and sustainability whilst also giving great performance in all conditions.

In almost all cases, we can work around this cleanly and efficiently. We can offer to bring the Okopod through the house and we have also been known to crane our Okopods over the house.

In most cases we are able to deliver and install Okopods anywhere in the USA. We also delivery internationally, but this will be at an additional cost, please enquire for more information.

We have to quote separately for delivery as it’s location dependent. Typically the cost ranges from $1000-$3000.

Electrical wiring and lighting fittings are included within our quote.

The connection to the main power supply is carried out separately by a local electrician. We can assist in sourcing a suitable electrician for this work if required.

Okopod foundations are simple and can have a simple concrete slab or pier format. We can also build directly onto a suitable pre-existing concrete base.
