Our client, a passionate reader, approached us with an idea: to create a dedicated space where they could store their books and enjoy reading in peace, away from the hustle and bustle of daily home life. They envisioned a tranquil retreat that would allow them to fully immerse themselves in their reading, while also taking in the calming views of their backyard.
At Okopod, we were excited to bring this vision to life. We designed and built a high-quality, cozy backyard room, complete with an electricity supply for comfortable lighting and all the essentials. To ensure the space could be enjoyed year-round, we focused on providing excellent thermal performance, making it warm and inviting, even in the colder months.
