Modular Installation
Most Pods are installed using a modular assembly process, completed on-site in three key stages over a seven-day period.
Day 1: Installation of the main structure
Day 2: Electrical setup and roof installation
Days 3: Interior finishing and final detailing
Crane Installation
Where site access allows, Pods can also be crane-installed as a fully assembled unit. This method enables installation and connection to power and data within a single day, minimising disruption and delivering a complete, ready-to-use space.
