Customisation
You can customise your Pod to fit perfectly within your garden and surroundings, even in small or awkward spaces. Whether you desire a sleek integration or a distinctive architectural style, our experienced team tailors each design to suit your needs. The interior of our PODs can be fitted with bespoke shelves and cupboards for a variety of uses. Heating and lighting is specified to suit your personal needs whether that is underfloor heating for a workout space, air conditioning units for warm summer months or sound proofing for a music studio.
Fast Installation
Most of our Okopods are delivered in modular form for on-site assembly, following a simple 3-stage process spread over a 7-day period.

Day 3 - Completion
Alternatively, when possible we crane fully assembled Okokpods into their new home. The Okopod is fully assembled off site, resulting in a one-day process.

We also exceed the insulation value required. If required we can also ensure our garden rooms have Building Regulation compliance certification.
10 Year Warranty
All builds come with a 10 year structural warranty, this covers any structural elements and material defects, ensuring longevity and value for years to come.
Delivered to you
Our Pods are assembled on-site by crane or by modular kit installation. 90% are installed in kit format, facilitating transportation through the house if needed.
Fixed Price Contracts
Quoted with no hidden costs. Our contracts include everything from installation to foundations, electrics, lighting, heating etc. Discuss with our team the finance options which are available.
