Cladding

Natural Thermowood

Our latest project in Birmingham was a breeze thanks to its ideal location for a fully craned-in Okopod. With road access beyond the other side of the fence, our crane was able to lift and place the pod right into its new home. This means the installation process only took one day—after that, all we had left to do was hook up the electrics and data.

The pod is now settling into its new garden and is being used as a spacious office with a great view over the garden and a hidden storage area. It’s a practical setup that makes working from home easier and keeps everything neat and tidy.

Eco-Friendly Sedum Roof

The sedum roof isn’t just for show—it’s good for the pod and the planet. Not only does it add a splash of green, but it also helps keep the pod warm in winter and cool in summer. Plus, it’s great for the local wildlife and adds to the biodiversity of the area. It’s a win-win all around!

Natural Thermowood Cladding

The cladding we chose for this Okopod is a natural thermowood—Scandinavian Redwood that’s been modified with heat and pressure to deliver a rich, medium-brown hue. It looks great in the garden and is built to last, providing excellent durability and resistance to the elements.

If you’re looking for a new garden office that’s easy to install and blends right into your outdoor space, an Okopod could be exactly what you need. Get in touch today to find out how we can transform your garden with an Okopod.
