Brief
The clients wanted to create a versatile space for relaxation that could be enjoyed throughout the year. We’re pleased to showcase the recent installation of a garden retreat at the end of a quiet backyard, designed with practicality and comfort in mind.
The exterior features STK Cedar cladding in a mix of barcode effect and 3-inch horizontal stripes, adding a modern yet natural look. The windows are black aluminum French doors, giving the retreat a clean, contemporary appearance.
Constructed on our Okobase foundation system, which doesn’t require concrete, the build is both environmentally friendly and durable. The design is also highly insulated, ensuring the space remains comfortable and usable throughout the year.
In the evening, the retreat is gently illuminated, showcasing its structure and providing a welcoming atmosphere. Whether it’s for relaxing, reading, or enjoying the garden, this new space is functional and adaptable year-round.
